“We had an amazing time here. Very surprised to discover Soliman Bay with stunning turquoise waters, no waves, and shallow areas perfect for swimming. There is a reef just in front. The highlight of our trip was an unforgettable marriage proposal during a romantic dinner with a breathtaking view, thank you to all the incredible staff, she said YES! The spa treatments we had were amazing, they also offer private yoga classes. We stayed at the Allegra Suite, which felt quiet intimate. This hotel we higly recommend it for a very romantic getaway, thank you Jashita.”

“A hotel unlike any we have stayed at anywhere in the world. Laid-back, glamorous and great service. Lovely, stylish rooms. The pool and beach are wonderful, on a peaceful, sunny day it really was magical! Brenda, Cristina, Cecilio and Raul were super hosts, above and beyond. My only observation is the restaurant - we loved the food, however, it is the same menu for lunch and dinner, maybe a snack offering at lunch? and also a slight disconnect as the restaurant is operated separately to the hotel. In overall terms, not an issue, we loved this place!”

“Every corner of Jashita is beautiful - art, solid wood furniture, flowers - all under and surrounded by the beautiful jungle canopy. Beautifully groomed soft sand pathways leading from reception to two pools, to a stunning ocean front restaurant, sand paths winding under the canopy to morning yoga in a tree house, to an open air spa, and to a pristine beach with beautiful couches and plush sun chairs. Our room had gorgeous ocean views, hammocks, a plunge pool, hot showers, and a perfect 4 poster king bed. The hotel arranged our transportation from the airport - which was seamless. We chose to stay in this perfect paradise bubble of snorkeling, sunning, swimming, dining, and regular trips to the spa along with our daily yoga for all the days of our trip. The only thing better than this perfect pocket of paradise are the people who run and are on staff at the property. We were greeted by name throughout our stay, gluten allergy remembered and carefully catered to, and such memorable and interesting conversations. Thank you for our incredible stay.”

“The hotel is a hidden paradise, surrounded by nature and abundant wildlife, ideal for disconnecting. The food at the restaurant is fantastic and delicious. Pedro and Erick at the bar were always very attentive and recommended drinks to pair with our dishes. I recommend the spa and taking Cristina's suggestions from the concierge team for local Mexican food in Tulum. If you're looking to enjoy a sargassum-free and secluded beach, Jashita in Soliman Bay is the right place.”

“Our stay at Jashita was wonderful, the best family trip in the Mexican Caribbean. The property is located in Bahia Soliman, and the sea is calm, perfect for children to swim. Our children enjoyed water activities such as snorkeling in the bay, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The Bahia Soliman reef is beautiful; we saw manta rays, fish, and admired the reef. I loved the luxurious and sophisticated design of the rooms and the hotel's decor. We booked a room with two king beds on the ground floor, which was perfect as we had easy access to the hotel's facilities. We will be back soon. Thank you for the excellent service from all the hotel staff.”
